Terms of Service

Last updated 5 October 2026

PAYDER is owned and operated by QUAVOX TECHNOLOGIES LTD. These terms are an agreement between you and QUAVOX TECHNOLOGIES LTD (“PAYDER”, “we”). By creating an account or using the PAYDER website or app you accept them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use PAYDER

  • You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract in Nigeria.
  • You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. One person may hold one personal account.
  • You must complete identity verification (KYC) when we ask. Until you do, lower limits apply.

2. Your account and security

  • Keep your password and transaction PIN secret. Do not share them, even with someone who says they work for PAYDER – we will never ask for your PIN or password.
  • You are responsible for activity done with your credentials until you tell us they are compromised. Tell us immediately at paydersolu@gmail.com.
  • For safety the mobile app is tied to one active phone at a time and signs you out after a period of inactivity.

3. Your wallet

  • The PAYDER wallet holds money you load in order to pay for services on PAYDER. It is not a bank account, does not earn interest, and PAYDER is not a bank.
  • Balances and transaction limits depend on your verification level and are shown in the app. We may change limits to meet legal requirements or manage risk.
  • We may freeze a wallet or hold a transaction while we investigate suspected fraud, a mistaken payment, or a legal request.

4. Adding money

  • You may fund your wallet by card, by bank transfer to your personal PAYDER account number, or by the manual bank-transfer option.
  • You may receive funding from other people: a payment into your wallet is credited to the wallet it was made to, whoever sent it. Only send money to a wallet or account number you trust, and do not accept funds you suspect are the proceeds of fraud.
  • Card and transfer processing fees, where they apply, are shown before you pay.

5. Withdrawals

  • You may withdraw only to a bank account in your own name. We confirm the account name with the bank and refuse the withdrawal if it does not match your PAYDER account name.
  • A fee applies and is shown before you confirm. Withdrawals need your transaction PIN and may be reviewed before payment.
  • Once a bank transfer is successfully paid out we cannot recall it. Check the account number before you confirm.

6. Buying bills, airtime, data, TV, electricity, betting-wallet funding and exam pins

  • These services are delivered by third-party providers. You are responsible for entering the correct number, meter, smartcard or account. We cannot reverse a purchase delivered to a wrong number you entered.
  • Identical requests made within one minute are refused to protect you from accidental double payment.
  • Some purchases (for example electricity tokens and exam pins) complete a little after payment. They show as “processing” until confirmed.

7. Failed transactions and refunds

  • If a purchase fails, the money held for it is returned to your wallet.
  • Before refunding, we double-check the outcome with the provider and our own records, more than once, so that a delivered purchase is never refunded by mistake. This can take several minutes. If the provider confirms delivery, no refund is due.
  • If you think a transaction was handled wrongly, contact support with the transaction reference. We will investigate and reply promptly.

8. Fees

Fees (for example wallet-to-wallet transfers, withdrawals, betting-wallet funding and some bill payments) are shown in the app before you confirm. We may change fees by publishing the new fee in the app or on the website.

9. What you must not do

  • Use PAYDER for fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or any unlawful activity.
  • Use someone else’s card, bank account, identity or wallet, or let someone else use yours.
  • Try to bypass security, limits or verification, or interfere with the service.
  • Resell the service without our written permission.

10. Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for suspected fraud, or when the law requires. You can close your account at any time from the app or by following the steps on our account deletion page. Withdraw or spend any balance first; we may need to keep some records after closure as the law requires.

11. Our responsibility

We work to keep PAYDER available and accurate, but third-party networks, banks and providers can be delayed or unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, by information you entered wrongly, or by your failure to protect your credentials. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and tell you in the app or by email for material changes. Using PAYDER after the change means you accept it.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a complaint; unresolved disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
